Refund policy

Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint within 30 days of purchase. If an item is damaged during shipping, the item may be refunded for a full refund. We will take into account the description of the item before issuing a cash refund. If the item matches the description we have given it and you are unsatisfied, we are not responsible for a cash refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis. Any item returned may be refunded for store credit.
