An Introduction to The Interior Practice

The Interior Practice is a monthly practice meant to help us see our own life with a little more clarity. Each month, I’ll offer one grounded prompt, something simple, moderate, and human, that invites you to slow down, notice something real, or understand a pattern you’ve been living with. This isn’t a challenge, and it isn’t a task list. It’s a practice of attention.

The goal isn’t to improve yourself or achieve anything. It’s to create one moment each month where you step out of the noise and into your interior world. Sometimes the prompt will ask you to observe something. Sometimes it will ask you to repair something. Sometimes it will ask you to sit with a question. All of it is meant to be gentle and grounded.

If you want to share your reflections, you can do that in the comments below. If you’d rather keep the practice private, that’s just as valid. This space exists to help us live with a little more awareness, consciously, intentionally, and without performance.
